This "casual" is inspired by a true life email that I
accidentally received from a big bucks Wall Street
portfolio manager. In my answer I offered investment
advice based on a unified theory of the universe that
was told to me by a fellow named Krumline way back in
college when I was flunking economics. Krumline
theorized that just hanging around provides a core
source of knowledge that is applicable to almost any
subject and at the very least allows one to hold an
opinion as dearly as the so-called “experts.”
The autobiography of my grandfather kicked off 2002
with its prologue about his removing a perfectly
normal appendix from an otherwise healthy and
conscious patient, then deciding to bite the bullet
and charge him anyway. How he came to earn that $75
in California took him from a farm in Utah Territory
to basketball stardom in Chicago, with stints as a
doughboy in France, and as a school teacher and
engineer on the Idaho frontier. His poignant, funny
and outrageous takes on his life and times offered
serialization that continued until February of 2003.
This article shows how the amazing "Weather Changing
Secret of the Aztecs" can be applied to Tom Daschle's
economic policy and breathe magic into your financial
situation if you been laid off. It's an upbeat
heart-warmer for shut-ins too. Email copies to
friends who wish they were dead.
